Library

On April 30, 1923, the first library dedicated to labor issues was established within the Conselho Nacional do Trabalho (Brazilian National Labor Council). On October 9, 1969, the library became part of the Superior Labor Court (TST in Brazilian Portuguese acronym) and was named in honor of Délio Maranhão, a judge who served on the Court from 1955 to 1968.
Currently, the library offers its users, in addition to diverse products and services, modern and spacious facilities, monthly updated information on contemporary legal issues – "Topic of the Month," more than 57,548 thousand digital legal documents in the JusLaboris Digital Library, the renowned TST Journal (Revista do TST), as well as research databases, and other journals related to topics on Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law.
It serves judges of the TST, CSJT (Superior Council of Labour Justice), and ENAMAT (National School of Labour Judiciary), active and retired staff, seconded employees, and those holding commissioned positions, affiliated libraries within the Federal District, and external users.
The Délio Maranhão Library is part of the Virtual Library Network – RVBI, coordinated by the Library of the Federal Senate, along with 12 other libraries. Consult the catalog and access over 1 million documents.
